Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to pause

We’re so used to doing things, running 100 miles an our whether working on / in the business, taking care of the family, helping others, etc. and we forget to stop or simply forget that it’s necessary to take a break of some sort, to pause and look around. 

Do you ever feel guilty for doing nothing? It’s very common because when you’re used doing, instead of being, taking a break or pausing can start feeling unnatural.
