What you Focus on is what you attract

We all have a mountain to climb and it’s up to us to make that climb a struggle or joy.

Yes, you may think but how in the world am I going to transform my struggle into joy. If you haven’t done that, it may seem impossible. It all starts with a small step and just one step at a time. If you struggle with a relationship, feel depressed and that the struggle will never end, think that no one cares about you… you name it, think of what one thing you can do today and every day to make you feel more at ease.

It can be learning to stop a thought that doesn’t make you feel good. choose a thought, find good in you and around you, focus on solution and not a problem, to say no, talk to a friend who’s supportive instead of someone who makes you feel bad about you, etc. You can choose anything you want as long as that something is positive and uplifting.

WHAT YOU FOCUS ON IS WHAT YOU ATTRACT MORE OF.

It may take some time, but you can learn to focus not on how hard things are, but what’s waiting for you at the top – beautiful results you’ll create.
