How To Become Confident

If you’re trying to become more confident, you may be doing it the wrong way.

Confidence is just an outcome. When you have trust in yourself, your abilities, what you do… that’s when you become confident effortlessly.

So stop focusing on the outcome because it’s so hard to change it without addressing the underlying reasons as you’ll keep getting disappointed.

Focus on building the TRUST and eliminating what’s causing that lack of trust.

That’s exactly what I work with my clients on.

You can keep repeating affirmations, mantras, doing “fake till you make it” thing and keep pretending to be confident (while instead you’re shaking!).

Even if you get some temporary results, eventually you’ll end up where you started because your internal system will automatically guide you to what is safe for you.

If what you do isn’t enough, instead of launching that product, course or a program, you’ll find yet another thing that needs to be polished, add a new feature, rerecord a video, etc. and you may keep finding all those reasons why now isn’t a good time.

Usually all this happens NOT because what you create isn’t good enough or that you’re not capable, but because deep down you do not TRUST yourself and that you can succeed. Therefore, in your mind, what you create is not valuable or transformative and cannot bring you great results.

Surprise… surprise…
It all goes back to you.
