We all know that we’re the source of all our emotions, and we can learn to respond to whatever comes our way and have LESS of those unpleasant emotions.
But sometimes things happen, and we get triggered… whether it’s a tantrum of a child, an illness, a friend, a family member, a car cutting in front of us, certain words, etc… you name it.
