Scope of the Services:
6 module online self-study course with handouts & checklists

Additional services, beyond those described above, will require additional fees to be discussed and agreed upon by the parties.

Client Duties
Compensation: In consideration for the services provided by Company (Edgesavvy LLC, DBA Renata Mazu) to Client (a person signing up for a course), Client agrees to pay Company one payment in full or via a payment plan, depending on payment options offered at the time of purchase. A Client has an option to pay off the total amount in full at any time during the time of coaching. Company’s obligation to render services hereunder is conditioned upon Client’s payment of said fee on a timely basis. 

If Client does not make the payment on time, Company has the option to terminate the requested services.

Refunds:
Company abides by a strict no refund policy. Client acknowledges that in accepting the terms of this Agreement, Client is taking full responsibility for Client’s own success. Therefore, in the event Client withdraws from the coaching program, no refund will be provided.

Intellectual Property:
Company reserves all ownership rights to any materials provided to Client through coaching sessions. Client agrees to not share, copy, distribute, disseminate, or sell the materials for either commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer:
NO GUARANTEES: Company makes no guarantees about the outcome of its coaching services. Client agrees that any statements made by Company regarding potential outcomes are opinions and are not binding on Company. Company makes no guarantees other than that the services described in Paragraph 3 shall be provided to Client in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Client acknowledges that Company cannot guarantee any results for its coaching services as such outcomes are based on subjective factors that cannot be controlled by Company.

NOT PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE: Company will only be providing the services that are explicitly listed above in Paragraph 3. At no time should any of Company’s services be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health services, nor should the service be construed as professional therapy. Company’s services are not intended to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease. If at any time Client needs medical, and/or psychological treatment, it is Client’s responsibility to seek it out.

By submitting the payment Client acknowledges and accepts the above terms of services.
