WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK?

DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT YOU TELL YOURSELF OR HOW YOU VIEW YOURSELF?

There’s a great chance that you may be having a very different opinion about yourself or tell yourself totally different things than you even realize.

You DON’T know what’s stored in and coming from your subconscious mind unless you pay attention and intentionally observe it.

Many were shocked by the results of this simple exercise, you can try it too.

Throughout your day, write down what you’re thinking. Do this at least 3-4 times a day for about a week. Do NOT correct your thoughts, just write the exact words that run in your mind.

You’ll be SOOO SHOCKED by the things you think! And when you see that on a paper, it’s such an eye opener. This is when you become AWARE of what’s really going on in your mind and you can actually start taking action in changing things, changing what you think and reprogramming your subconscious mind.
